The Lion Nebula is a very faint nebula and it is composed of fluorescent oxygen & hydrogen plasma. It is amazing the way the dark dust is silhouetted on the glowing gas provide details of the lion’s face, and how wild the lion’s head and shoulders are orange (Ha and O3 emissions). The SH2-132 was tough to capture: between the clouds, bad seeing , the high humidity, & issues with the meridian flip It’s very high in the sky and the first two nights I had ASIAIR handle the flip but I lost all my images after that (Guiding Went Off the Rails), so the following nights I had to stop the mount tracking each night , wait until the meridian flip, then instead starting to image again, I played with my ASIAIR settings. It paid off because of the unsuccessful first 2 nights, it was not a 100% lost because I learned something new, I figured out what I was missing in the settings for ASIAIR, anyway I am very pleased with the results,
